RE:RE:Thought Laflammes ASDP was to end June 22? 1.2 million sold Hi Sanmeet

Sadly, I must agree with you.  Insiders and past insiders have been seeling consistently over the past few years and they still have upwards of 80,000,000 shares to unload.  Untilo te majority of that is gone, the share price will likely go nowhere.  Some have suggested here that the insiders are "losing" selling their shares at this level.  One must keep in mind that they (the insiders) arbitrarily set the initial price of their shares so if they set their price at $1.00 per share then a case can be made that they are indeed losing, however, that price is entirely arbitrary.  I can arbitrarly  set the price of my toyota civic at $200.000.00  and then sell it for $50,000.00 and on paper it looks like I took a $150,000.00 hit.  In fact that was not the case as my Toyota waas NEVER really worth $200,000.00 and in fact I probably made a pretty penny.  The same holds true here - these folks aren't losing anything (imaginary money perhaps but not real money) so they can keep on selling at these levels and lower and still be ahead....which is why we are seeing continued selling here - it is, as you suggest, their own personal ATM machine. It is unlikely that we will see any shareholder appreciation here is the short term and furthermore, it is equally unlikely we will see a buyout - that would required literally hundreds of millions to go to the insiders as severance packages (if past behaviour is any indications) and sadly, Vivio simply isn't worth that PLUS the actual value of the company and assets.

We as lowly (and probably "pesky" shareholders really have no say here - insiders have a massive volting block which simply means they can do as they like.  I bought this prior to the aquisition of Canna farms and the change in management - if I had waited a bit and seen what was happening this would never have crossed my threshold to invest......beware when insiders control it all.

Sad lesson

GLTA - I would dearly love to be proved wrong on this

cheers
