RSI deal dead... now what?

The RSI deal is officially dead, wonder why. No details of course on the press release so it was either a sloppy LOI to start with or something changed. Interesting to note there was no statement from HIRE about their next steps.

What's the life expectancy here? 3 months and it's all over? 6 months?
