CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

I kinda wish it was Salzman Taking over Kaly. The Management team in Kaly are terrible.

I feel, If this taking over process happens, then there must be RS of 20:1. In my view, before this RS, company should increase the SP upto 10 cents and then do RS to take it to $1. If they do RS first then it will be hard to take to SP up after RS. If Company does this RS first, then they have to take the SP to $2 to make it equivalent to $1 incase of SP raised first to 10cents and then do RS.
