I agree, they need to make more noise. INO has pulled in the Bill Gatres foundation, it's only 5 million but it's worths hunderds of millions in terms of reputation. Canada's government would be wise to promote it's biotech companies, especially the ones who are producing real and significant vaccine candidates.

I gues IMV wants to play it all by the books but investors want to see a more agressive approach. I would like a combination of both. And I hope they pull it off!
