This is what I believe, from conversations I've read here. Sen wants to lease the rights for APP, rather than taking IBS public, so not to expose the APP tech to buyout. By joining at the hip with Sproutly, if things go south, it's not IBS he's risking. IBS does it's own thing, and gets royalties on all Sproutly revenue using APP tech. If I understood the question right, that's my take.
