The Company is engaged in acquiring, discovering, and developing high-value precious metals projects and operating multiple silver-gold mines in the Americas. The Company’s principal focus is its Las Chispas Operation in Sonora, Mexico. The Las Chispas Operation is located about 180 kilometers (km) northeast of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The property consists of about 28 concessions totaling 1400.96 hectares (ha). Its El Picacho Property is located about 85 km northeast of the Company’s Las Chispas Project and is comprised of 11 mining concessions totaling approximately 7,060 ha. Its Cruz de Mayo property is located in the State of Sonora, Mexico, about 22 km northwest of the town of Cumpas and 163 km northeast of Hermosillo. The Cruz de Mayo Property consists of two mineral concessions, Cruz de Mayo 2 and El Gueriguito. Its other projects include the Silver Angel Property and the Estacion Llano Property.

Having been in the mining sector for a few years now, I've actually appreciated the way they have done their dillutions. Usually they have done them in smaller amounts and not massively affected the share price like other companies in the sector. Though they did file the paper work to raise another 200M, which would be about 16% dilution at current prices, I would hope they wouldn't need that and if they did would raise in say 50M increments. 


But yea, if you don't like them just sell them, that's what I would do if my thesis turned negative.
