Go Private

Go Private I agree 100% DCM needs to go private and stop all the unnessary spending that is required to be a public company. Unfortunately this is not a desirable company for anyone to purchase with the amount of debt coupled with having to buy out all the shares. it is going to be absolutely impariative that they hang on to their largest contracted Clients and as those contracts come up for renewal, they will continue to give away margin to keep them. I don't see any ROI on my shares and at some point will simply take the loss. Overall they really didn't have much news on the call today and you cannot save your way to prosperity. There is nothing I see on the horizon that will signficantly grow their revenues. The absence of institutional investors on the call today with no questions leads me to believe that they have given up on DCM. I am happy to see that the preferred shares vote was revoked by shareholders however.
