The exchange halted Invictus because they have gone into CCAA proceedings. Once they can form a Plan of Arrangement and deal with their indebtedness and as long as this is accepted by the courts then the exchange will not have a reason to keep the halt on Invictus trading. Invictus has no reason to withhold their finances from the exchange. They need to resume trading and get on with business.
