Relance VERTE dans les transportsEn thorie, le raisonnement des 2 enseignants universitaires a un certain sens.  Emprunter pour btir des infrastructures est de loin prfrable emprunter pour payer l'picerie.  Mais dans les 2 cas, une dette demeure une dette...qu'il faudra rembourser un jour ou l'autre!

Cette thorie va exactement l"oppos du concept du fonds des gnrations, c'est dire de diminuer la dette, et non pas de trouver une autre raison valable d'emprunter.  Car nous sommes d'accord qu'utiliser l'argent destin un remboursement d'emprunt pour dpenser (soit en dpense d'opration ou de capital) quivaut un emprunt.  On peut toujours trouver une faon de ne pas rembourser nos dettes, et ce sans parler des intrts qui ne cessent d'engraisser la dette.

Pour nos politiciens (et ceci inclut nos acadmiciens) il est toujours tentant de dpenser afin de rcolter le capital politique maintenant, plutt que de donner un "break" la gnration future.
