Be honest, what are you trying to accomplish here?  You say you are a long term shareholder with no intention of selling, yet you publicly bash the management causing potential harm to the company and it's share price.
I will give you credit for doing your research, but you may be making a mountain out of a molehill.  None of what you have brought to light proves that David Palmer or any other employee of Probe Metals has been any less focused on Probe since they acquired shares in Angus. I wonder if you would be as concerened if the Angus stock was trading at 5 cents like Canstar.  
Seems to me you are being Judge, Jury and Executioneer without knowing for certain that Probe Metals paid for a single photo copy or paperclip that should have be paid for by Angus. 
If you really did get in at a low cost and plan to hold for a buyout, what could possibly be your motivation for this public assault on managment?  I have my guesses, would love an honest answer.
