Thanks Eoganacht...considering Theralase is an exclusive licensee, how is Sherri able to share our compound/trade secret with another company, unless we modified the agreement.  What am I missing?

Nice find by Eog...Question for some of you longer longs...So I guess TLT does not have an exclusivity agreement to use/sell TLD-1433 for cancers other than NMIBC?  Doesn't our patent cover other indications?
