Whilst I hope you're right since I hold shares here, what you contend doesn't diminish in any way the dilutive effect of this coming raise, especially if done at these levels.

It is also highly indictable and indicative of the ineptitude of this management that they have allowed the share price to languish here through ineffective or non-existent market communication and now find themselves raising money at this low level instead of the 50c/70c level which would have caused much lesser dilution to existing shareholders.That is my main gripe and I know many others feel the same way.
