Wong gone. Harvest One Cannabis Inc. has made management changes. Andrew Kain will transition from his roles as chief operating officer and general counsel, effective June 30, 2020, and will continue to work with Harvest One in a contractual capacity, advising the CEO and the Special Committee of the Board in the completion of its ongoing Strategic Review. In addition, Aaron Wong will resign as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Harvest One effective June 30, 2020, to pursue other interests.
Marc Tran has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2020, subject to regulatory approval. Mr. Tran is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with over 20 years of public company financial leadership experience. In his career he has successfully closed over $100M in financings for small to midsized projects, and is experienced in transforming and scaling growth staged companies. Mr. Tran also has a strong background in M&A, compliance, regulatory management, corporate governance and marketing. Mr. Tran holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary.
Andrew Bayfield, chief executive officer of Harvest One, stated: "I would like to thank Andy for his significant contributions to Harvest One.
