...that is actually a good question! No, not kidding. I guess it could be sorted using 5G, as it will be rolled out by the time I get to buy a place like that. I need it for day trading.
I imagine waking up, have a coffee, go down to the beach, do a little snorkeling, go back up and have brunch, then spend a couple of hours watching my stocks and do some trading. Then go to the local tavern for dinner. Rinse, repeat, and do some paragliding in the weekends. I could live with that.
Having dreams is nice. What happens happens. :)
