RE:Quite Frankly, it’s a Bit of a Messy Amendment

It is and it is messy for a reason.  It will confuse most investors because it is trying to spin the fact that Canopy queered a deal that they agreed to, citing changing conditions and that they are taking some value away from Acreage shareholders, because it was too rich.  It was a little generous at the time but they were all doing it.  It's too bad that Acreage management Murphy who is a politician and has little respect for money that isn't in his pocket, dividended out the working capital that would have been better held by the company for the turndown of events that has happened.  Good riddance to him and a little advice for the new guy, shareholders are watching and don't want to see anymore of that bullchit.  The Compassionate Care deal is a desirable piece of the puzzle that Acreage is trying to lock in, hopefully at a reasonable valuation to advance our plan for US and World domination.
