RE:Excellent DealGood thing is to seize assets they have to go through the Canadian court system. GGPs gotta play hardball outside their home court. I don't know about the US but in Canada they give a shlt about things like being reasonable and acting in good faith and I'll intent and don't look kindly upon blatant corruption and predatory lending.
