You are correct - when there were no NR leading up to this, it was clear that they were sticking to the predetermined agenda. 

A company cannot discuss at the AGM, what has not been released.

I am hoping this was the administrative first step. Cement Bob and Renee as Board Members and start the news beginning tomorrow...
