Sample packs

Sample packs I have tried the product in the past and find it to live up to the promise. It's just odd that we are charging NEW customers for the postage on our NEW product. It may have been a better approach to limit the samples, but ship them for free. The way they are marketing it is at $2.00 (us) for a 16 oz bottle of formula. A little pricey for me.

I went to the website over the weekend to order a sample of the toddler formula. I just wanted to confirm that it was up and running. The 2-samples were free but the mailing charge was $4.00. I had to question if this will be met with a negative response from new customers.
