RE:valueDon't think there are any hidden things here - seems they are just focused on gradual organic growth, which doesn't seem to excite the market - its not like CAF spends anything on promotion.  Over past 10 years, have paid off about $1million in debt and grown sharehodler equity significantly. 

With no debt and good cashflow they seem like a safer investment than many others but perhaps without the lucrative potential upside of safe "striking gold".
