Dance Like No One is Watching - But Post Very Carefully Gold Strike:
Curious how some people see litigation as their way to benefit from interest (as opposed to the RISK of investing/speculating) in a penny stock.
I take the (higher) number of reads of the two posters (with zero likes) as signal that someone posting under multiple identities (or "class" actors or serial litigators?).
Lets hope that their "readers" are not preparing a disclosure request for their indenties. The reason that board members c\would be rich is that they don't take (what appear to be unfounded accusations) lightly. BWDIK? Dance like no one is watching; but POST on an anonymous board like someone (a board and/or with a legal backround) is watching.
Cheers

....sorry, but since you are not describing the nature of the charge other than a broad generalization, I am very inclined to discount your statement. Also, the reason these companies have boards and independent auditors is that a single person or even multiple people from the same company can't make up the accounting. Also interesting that you bring it up right after the share price kicks up 100% from a couple months ago and now appears to be sustained before the upcoming drilling.
I won't be selling anytime soon and in fact was able to pick up more at .27 yesterday, as I'm still a buyer below 30 cents for sure. Looking forward to seeing the results of the next round of drilling this year. There is lot of renewed silver activity in this region of Mexico and I have no doubts that Stroud will be bought for a handsome price (and/or exchanged for shares of a major) after a few a additional rounds of drilling bring a lot more ounces and high grades.
