RE:All the special shares etc It is always good to have more than one commercial investor with similar stakes but the problem is, if another was found, they would most likely already be in bed with Appian to retain absolute rather than effective control.  If they weren't friendly, they would be hostile but HRT is still too risky for a hostile takeover.  

I was against Appian from the beginning for just what we see unfolding.  Much the same as the first investment group that bought in.  Wasn't that JJR?  They were known pillagers so I am glad they are out.   I am hoping for better from Appian.  

If Appian had absolute control, I would be long gone as an investor.
