RE:RE:The advantage of eight biddersOne or two other posters (maybe you?) said previously that the Minister may have been trying to reduce investor expectations so that, if they get anything, they are happy. That could be true, but it may also be a reflection of what he has been hearing parties to the negotiations say (directly or indirectly); that would explain why his comments have ranged back and forth so much. If course, comments made during the course of negotiations don't mean very much since they are simply tactics designed to persuade.
