Amateur pov and the reason I did not buy in

Amateur pov and the reason I did not buy inNot bashing. Something is holding this back similar to SURG, 1 billion lbs CU plus 1 million ounces AU next to a resource starving producer.
There is no exciting attention grabbing drill program going on. The 4.1 m/ounces in the pit constrained area seem to spread over a large area with a good chunk near surface but once that is gone the asic will go up....unknown what the pog will be at that point plus the unknown cost to mine a lower grade with a higher strip ratio. Going beyond/outside of the pit is even scarier, lower grades?
IMO the grades have been spread across the whole constrained pit area to make this look somewhat attractive. Slide 5 in their presentation shows a nice rich area near surface in the middle of the pit. Just my pov, don't shoot me.
