sold his company while his competitors were busily borrowing money to acquire other pharmas is lucky?... ok

his competitors are buried in debt, the stock markets are all time high and inflated by the FED. meanwhile he acquired a great asset in LATAM and still has another 400mil to spend on BD is lucky?... ok
