Considering that their biggest ever was with San Fran for 1.7 million last January, this is nothing to be oh-hum about. In fact, I believe this is their 2nd biggest ever for a single county. The business here is definitely ramping up. Assuming all else being equal, the San Fran and Orange County contracts alone represent an additional 180 000 Canadian $/ quarter to HS for the next 5 years, which in itself is more than 10%!
