IP and IPNFF Prices big variance

IP and IPNFF Prices big varianceSeems weird to me that there is such a spread between IP on the Canadian market which is up around 15-18% and the OTC IPNFF in the US market which is down about 11%.  Normally I see the OTC higher or fairly close to the Canadian listing.  Both have good volume.  Just on the sidelines now on my watchlist.
