if you actually think it's a good move to buy back at 0.10 then you think it's going somewhere. When this hits a buck it won't matter much if you were in at 0.10 or 0.15. What will matter is if you think you're clever trying to time the bottom and then miss the boat all together when it does take off. Timing the bottom seldom works.
