Torrent is a shareholder with 1.6 M shares and is benifitting and if you look at SEDAR, you can see all of their holdings.

Not sure how you can say that they are sketchy? It is purely a holding company that owns multiple shares in multiple companies. Not a junior mining company or other such business.
