Thoughts on JV rumor

Its a bit perplexing, I've never been fond of the Psylociben play, but having read the Field Trip Health site and the Dr. Vebora write up its opened my mind a little (pun intended). Especially when it gets into the prescription angle where they could potentially replace anti depressants required daily with a monthly or yearly micro dose. I can certainly see the medicinal benefits to everything, but never thought there would be much of a means to pull revenue for it, at least for a few more years. All that to say that if all they're offering in way of JV would be the clinic stuff then this would be a great deal for us. Our clinics (aside from providing registered patients for us) have been a little lackluster in the last two quarters compared to that one major quarter pre Canntrust fail, and this would be a welcomed spark to set the proverbial forest ablaze. It would only serve to strengthen our operations. Would love to hear more about how monetizing foli edge is going. I did a few of the free courses they offered in that one video and it seems to be quality material. Id say it was great material by my wifes an ID who designes these courses for a living and has come out with some amazing stuff for bigger companies like RBC and the like, (so ive seen some pretty top notch stuff), but it is still quite good nonetheless. The whole JV would certainly make sense considering the new members and their backgrounds in Pharma and Insurance.
