Since they do not go to a lab and with bond tracking in place it would take 20 mins or so and not long after to locate problems. Also what is the cost for the lab and the techs and the error factor in transit and handling and the coordination of results to identify problem areas. The entire process between the two would be like a getting a message by pony express verses the internet. IMO
