RE:RE:RE:Just curiousThe share buy back could be overly subscribed.   If 100% people wanted to cash in they couldn't.  It could easily drop back down -10% after the purchase, because it would come back to trading with the REIT sector.  If the price was guaranteed hedge funds with millions would back up the truck for a quick 5% gain
