Chilean mayors and unions
Chilean mayors and unionsr calling for a complete shut down of mines. They say anywhere from 45%to 90 percent of covid is soread through miners and there contacts. Gov. is broke. They wish 2 keep mining, but r high grading and stalling routine maintenance, setting the future for huge shortage.
They were saying 200 thousand tonne shortage, but reality is much more.
