Exactly -- there are normal building site prices and then there has for some time been cannabis building site prices (read inflated).   Those days are gone. 

It was an empty, deserted, unneeded old forestry facility site when they bought it for cannabis. Now that the cannabis jig is up, it's likely that it's again unneed (for much of anything) and will have to be priced accordingly.
