RE:BBD MUST DELIVER AT LEAST 9-10 BUSINESS JET PER MONTH

RE:BBD MUST DELIVER AT LEAST 9-10 BUSINESS JET PER MONTHNot worried (yet). First, its obvious that Martel is focused on under-promising and overdelivering whereas as we know Bellamare did the opposite (whether that's what the situation warranted and/or personality we don't know).  2nd, deliveries seem more affecte on the lower priced Challengers (on which they have less backlog I believe) than on the higher end Globals so the actual revenue impact may not be that much - I'm hoping what Bombardier describes as big jets will still grow this year.  Third, Montreal completions was a bottleneck in the past (per Cseriesaddict) but the value Global - the 5500 - is completed in Wichita per press release presumably giving them the ability to more easily ramp up large jet deliveries.

quote=Shamhorish]TO MEET EXPECTED TARGET

BBD said it expect business jets delivery to decrease by about 30 - 35 % which was estimated byy bbd and other analysts to be in the rang of 96 to 100 or more per year

in Q1 bbd delivered 29 bus. jet

in Q2 bbd delivered 17 bus. jets (the shope was closed for almost 2 month out of 3)

up to now, bbd delivered zero bus jet in Q3, first week is almost gone, no delivery

to meet target, 100 - 17 - 29 = 54

54 / 6 month left in 2020 = 9

bbd must deliver about 9 -10 bus. jets per month july through december 2020 to meet target

i.e  about 5 jets every 2 weeks
