Also hit .82 today so the potential to burst quick is there, just needs to churn through the shares of the seller who is exiting and this could be for many different reasons certainly not related to TORR just moving money around and crystallizing a big gain in a short period of time in the process. Again with a tight held stock you need this trading to happen to turn over the shares in to new hands. It's all good, good luck!
