Vida is positive for the future but in short term will bring a bunch more shares and an unlock schedule. Choom will either need to post revenue and generate hype to bring buyers in or reverse split to reduce float to get share price up. With 225 million outstanding now and almost 100 million more in warrants plus the Vida shares, shorts don't have any issue finding shares to sell.
