Pelletising with plasma arc burners ?

Pelletising with plasma arc burners ?I belleve that just pulling a bunker C burner out, sticking a plasma arc 'burner" in the resulting hole, and plugging it into the nearest wall outlet is a bit of over simplification. The electricity demand will be considerable, enough to exceed what is available in Lab City. Fortunately much work has already been done on getting new electrical supply from Churchill Falls as part of the Alderon Project, now dead. The  gouv needs a local consumer to come forward to help the lower Churchill project, which is underway, so the supply will be there but transmission lines may be required.
Modeling and testing is no guaranty of a true intstallation. This has been tried before at Lab City by IOC +/- 40, yes 40 !, years ago. I do not recall the details, other than that it did not lead anywhere then. Carbon taxes and credits have changed the game so it would be great to see this use of hydrocarbon fuel eliminated. I hope it works, but it will not happen overnight.
