The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

I have seen some very well run mining companies that after a halt followed by some great news, already have buyers lined up to buy millions of shares on the open market........sometimes 10% of the float in a few days which leads to a higher share price which leads to better terms on a PP.
