Htr is now 99% owned by insiders. That is why nothing for sale. It us real easy for them to lift sp back to proper valuation. The 100 million spent on htr with coumponded interest brings it to 200 million cost of exploration. That is 2.50 cents per share break even. There us no way that greenfield exploration gets a niblack for 200 million in exploration costs. So we are easy peasy 2.50 sp value. 

Smart money is buying niblack like deposits as they know greenfield is costly. I expect at least a dollar a share by year end with continued up after that. Copper is the new days flavor.
