FSX Price decline

FSX Price declineJune 30 FSX announced a new issue of 7.5 million units at $4.00 of 1 share and 1/2 a warrant excersisable at $4.95 per share. Terrible time to do it but it sold over night despite Canada Day on July 1 and Independence Day holiday on July 3.

I imagine that some buyers sold free trading stock to pay for the new issue.

Drilling continues at an accerated pace with anew rig capable to reaching 1,000 metres. Results to be posted as they come back from the lab.

It would seem that the visuals from the first hole were so encouraging that management wasnt to get another hole going "toute de suite" and the "tooter the sweeter" hence official results should be not too long in coming.

Looks like a good buying opportunity
