Longs here for the misunderstood business model?

A lit-on light bulk above one’s head!

I first think it is not their fault if the reason for is Covid. Then I thought are we all here talking about the actual business model that we get it wrong all along. Why other telehealth companies seem function well and do not have the same issues with Covid like Lisa said. Are we missing anything fundamental within our knowledge of RHT’s business model? I have been quite convinced and yet it would serve to be provocative to check through possible cracks where reasoning may go wrong. Any takers?
