SPANISH MOUNTAIN UPSIZES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO $4M
Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. is increasing its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering to $4-million.
Each unit will be sold at a price of 10 cents per unit and will consist of one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 15 cents per share for a period of two years.
All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period in Canada. Closing of the offering, which is expected to occur on or about July 10, 2020, is subject to customary conditions, including the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
