RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Passport acquisition All good thanks for your efforts and support
quote=Purplekush]You are a pumper if you don't back it up with logical reasoning. "Folium da best, we going to da moon! Big big market!!!" Like I said when the deal is announced, I want to see numbers, and I got them.
I gave my analysis and welcome people to challenge it.
You guys should be happy you have people like me who really digs deep at every decision they make. I have participated in 2 CCs and a bunch of followyo emails with IR.
If the number corroborates with their proxy circular, my group and another group will be voting in favor on the deal.
The problem is we don't know how influential Roger skyes is or how big of a position him or his group holds. And also GT holds alot of Ausa shares and they will be voting against the acquisition.
If this deal falls through, I'm out. Not going to take another $8m loss.

You agreed with me, you just knew the price was gonna drop big before the real action started. All good. Here's hoping investors like me that have ridden this down over 90% will start to see a real business in action. I'm voting in support of the passport deal.
quote=Purplekush]It's not insider information, it will be in their circular.
And their intentions to acquire USCO is on their deck.
And your question in regards to the uplisting is based on the false premise that the stock stays at 0.14Usd next year.
That is their plan once they signal an entry to the US which will move the stock is a rocket tragectory.

How much of the revenue was from Australis?
How are they going to be on Nasdaq with a .14c stock price?
Why are they not releasing numbers to everyone?
