So they effectively reduced guidance likely because they don't have a good idea of ore grade or because Covid is much worse in the country. Either way peak earnings were in 2019 so it's time to reset expectations.
On the crazy suppression theory, generally stocks go up before a positive catalyst or takeout and not ahead. It's the reason investors use charts to see when something positive is occurring but not public. On this case the price action indicates the opposite so expect something negative.
