So we can look at this as bad news as delays are time consuming or we can hope that they are working on the deals and that they want to deliver only when all is finally ready and they are using the time delays granted to them. This means that we should not expect any announcement before July 15, 2020 definitively. BUT, after that date if the cash is there and the deals are done, watch out. That's only my opinion.
