RE:RE:Alstom says discussions over Bombardier deal going smoothly

RE:RE:Alstom says discussions over Bombardier deal going smoothlyCDPQ is the one making out like bandits. Alstom is paying a fair price. BT is a good business that's why Alstom is buying it. But it was milked all these years and not reinvested in. Family's never been worried about debt though so why would they start now? The fact is, they intended to buy back CDPQ's share, company said so. What happened is the constant cashflow shortfalls led to all the asset sales, BT is simply the culmination. More importantly, CDPQ had them over a barrel. CDPQ is clearly the big winner, Martel even said so (a statement backed up by numbers no less)...Now let's see if they send the elevator back....

As Airbus swallow the C series for penneis , got bbd to pay almost 950 million for first two years then bought bbd out for 550 million, so they bought the c series with 550 miilions out of 1.9 billion that bbd pay them, i.e they got the c series and 1.4 billion on top of it

Alstom is getting a good deal with BT, they will pay more that what Airbus paid for the c series, but bbd is cleaning it out, resolving all issues and legacy contracts software problems, so by the time they get it , it is profitable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a deal

that is why Alstom will do any thing to close that deal
