RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Some newsIt is possible to consolidate before completing the transaction I believe. The shares issuable would be calculated at the .05 rate and consolidated at the applicable rate. So if it was 10 for 1 then the 10 .05 cent shares would become 1 .50 cent share.  Ofcourse all this is just speculation that consolidation talk has sparked the selloff. It may be something else entirely. You would think that insiders would be buying if its just someone getting out. I expect we shall find out soon enough in the mean time what a great buying opportunity maybe.
