Ok, sorry for blasting, but I found something googling multiple pages...Google shares an abrreviated paragraph from the original Slang Jan 17th prospectus that says land is leased to Pleasant Valley. It says the site can't reached for the full orginal pdf. I sure hope Slang isn't recording rental revenue AND loaning the tenant money. Maybe I'll add that to my list of questions to try to get answered.
