RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Entry in Apple Inc. v. WI-LAN Inc. (3:14-cv-02235) Cactuseskimo, I think most long Quarterhill investors have the same view as you. An Apple win for all iPhone models will more than double Quarterhill's cash and likely double the share price. I don't want to sell now and risk being out of the stock in the unlikely event that Apple doesn't appeal or Apple and Quarterhill settle. Even if the payout is 20 months out, a double in that period of time is a very nice return. Plus I significantly increased my position in the $1.50 range so I'm very comfortable with my current return and waiting 20 more months, if necessary.
