RE:Keystone XL also startingIt was a very bad call to risk mom and pops tax money on a project with so much risk no private sector partners could be found, even amongst those investing in war zones , to play. Anytime govt gets involved in a project as stake holder as life support partner it's time to eject.

Because of Trump's absolute insanity, it is looking more and more like the Democrats will take not just the presidency and the House, but may well get control of the Senate as well. I don't see how that will be good for XL.
